I call this Sunday afternoon, because this is a time when I plan my next week.

Think about what you are looking forward to next week, next month, next year.
What are the “things” you cant’s stop thinking about and look forward to?
What are the things you can’t literarily sleep thanks to it, what do you wish you could do?

Moments of flow

What are your moments of flow?
You are so deep in what you are doing in that specific moment. Nothing else exists.
You are completely in flow, in present moment. What are you doing?

What you love so much that you would do even for free?

Take a piece of paper or your journal and these exercises.
